Reynaers Group
Reynaers Group is a market-leading manufacturer of architectural aluminium and steel solutions for doors, windows and façades. Active in over 20 countries, with varying levels of need for digital support in its subsidiaries. Their website serves both as a commercial and inspirational hub for homeowners, architects alike as well as a technical resource for its installing and construction partners.
They implemented a customised, events-based tracking with GA4 on their websites and integrated the domains of all their different markets into a single dashboard.
Streamlining, tagging and dashboard refresh
Stitchd was consulted after Reynaers implemented GA4 and was tasked with reviewing the tagging that was put in place and the dashboard build on top of this data. We used the existing architecture to create a cleaned-up version of what was already in place.
Adjustments were made in the tag manager, development teams were briefed to make changes to the datalayer and the SQL queries in BigQuery got updated to fit the needs of the marketing organisation of Reynaers. The existing dashboard in Looker Studio was also rebuilt using the updated data stream.

Starting from business objectives
Data has to serve a purpose, so as with any analytics project, we want to first fully understand Reynaer's business model and the role its digital channels play in reaching the broader strategy of the organisation. We mapped out the key stakeholders and what they were looking for on the various web properties.
End-to-end setup
We oversaw the full setup, from implementation in the datalayer by the development team to the dashboard to be used by business users across different markets. As we understand Reynaers full setup as well as its business, we are able to tailor the data-collection, processing and visualisation to their specific needs.
Training and adoption
We provided the necessary training and hypercare after the new implementation, ensuring people understood and trusted the data and could use the dashboards and overviews in their day-to-day decision making. Stitchd remains a trusted partner to Reynaers for any update to their tracking or analytical questions.
