Argenta
A new team was assembled at Argenta (5th largest bank in Belgium): the digital experience team. To align the way of working within this new team, they decided to foresee in a number of trainings.
Argenta had two objectives for this trajectory: getting acquainted with Adobe Analytics and establishing a data-driven culture within the team.
Key points
Adobe trainings
We organised a series of different Adobe trainings: Adobe Analytics introduction, Adobe Analytics advanced, Adobe Launch and Mobile app tracking with Adobe. Some of the trainings were aimed at the entire team, some of them were only for the web analysts who would take ownership of the Adobe tools within the organisation.
Data analysis best practices
Another part of the trainings focused on the broader skill set required to become a good analyst. We tackled topics as defining KPIs, dashboarding, qualitative analysis methods and documenting a measurement framework. Resulting in a shared view within the team on how they can use data to improve their products.
The result
The team feels confident to work with the Adobe tools and the web analysts within the team are ready to take ownership over those tools. Next to that, the team has acquired methodologies to talk about KPIs and introduce a more data-driven project development.
